Repairs are also done here at 13 Guitars. All things from basic set-ups to complete re-frets, and everything in between.

To keep your instruments in optimal playing condition all guitars should be setup 4 times a year, once for each change in the season. A setup includes the following, polishing frets, conditioning fretboard, restring, fine tuning, adjusting truss rod, action, and intonation, cleaning electronics, and polishing the guitar from top to bottom. After all guitars are simply just wood, and when the weather and humidity change, the guitar will actually shift and move a little bit. It is with that in mind I extend the ONE YEAR SET-UP PROGRAM to every customer. The one year program allows all customers who pay for 3 setups in one year, on the same guitar, to get the 4th setup for free. Each customer can have as many instruments in the program as he or she likes, but each instrument must have their own program card. This way each of your guitars is setup the required 4 times a year.

Specialized electronics work will be done at a labor rate of $40 per hour + parts
Nut Install: $30 + parts
Fret Dress (level and re-crown): $100
Re-Fret (bound neck): $250
Re-Fret (unbound neck): $200
Re-Fret Maple Fretboards add $25 to above re-fret charges
Fingerboard Chips or Cracks: $65
Body, Headstock, & Neck Finish: $100 (to start, case by case basis)
Re-Glue Bridge, Neck Cracks, & Body Cracks: $50
Strap Lock Install: $20 + parts
Tuning Machines Install: $20 (full set) + parts
